Christian and his team did amazing, beautiful and thorough work on our new home. The home had sat vacant for quite some time and needed a good amount of stucco repair. Christian and his team were very detailed in repairing all the stucco needs. The paint job, stain and color turned out beautiful.We will continue to use BLB painting for all of our Exterior and Interior painting and stain needs.

B.L.B. did an outstanding job painting the interiors of our new home. They gave us a reasonable quote, coordinated the painting with our schedule, and they completed the job when promised. They masked all the floors, windows, doors, cabinets, fixtures, etc. that did not need to be painted. They used the high-end paint we requested with the sheens we agreed to. We have not needed for them to come back to address issues since we haven’t found any yet. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend family and friends to use them as well.

Our HOA recently filed a complaint about the condition of our home’s exterior paint, so we reached out to B.L.B. Painting Services for an estimate. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. One of the biggest highlights was how they handled the narrow gap between our 6-foot perimeter wall and the house. The space was large enough for small rodents to get into our backyard, and Christian thoroughly explained the products they would use and how they would properly seal the gap. He also walked us through the entire painting process, including the staining of the wood trim around our property, so we knew exactly what to expect. The finished result exceeded our expectations. The paint and stain look beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. Our home has a fresh new look and much better curb appeal. Looking back, we’re actually glad our HOA brought it to our attention because the update was absolutely worth it. We highly recommend B.L.B. Christian and Fernando are two of the best house painters I’ve used and I was completely satisfied with the quality of their work, selection of high end paint, and particularly, their work ethic. They showed up on time, made sure I was satisfied with the end result, and were easy to communicate with. Prices were reasonable and work guaranteed. Christian and his team came out to repair and repaint some cracked drywall in our porch ceiling. They were very meticulous about covering everything up beforehand. He smoothed out the plaster and matched the paint so perfectly you would never know there was any damage. It looks like a freshly painted porch ceiling! He even checked our roof to make sure there was no leak (there wasn’t). We will definitely hire him and his team in the future!

Christian and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of our house. He was extremely friendly and personable and encouraged us to look hard and find anything we are unhappy with so he can make it right. His attention to detail was on point! We will definitely be going back to him for more jobs in the future. I will say that his schedule got pushed around a bit due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. This was out of his control for the most part. As with any contractor, be prepared for scheduling conflicts. Other than that they did a great job and I would highly recommend!!
